At this level, the position has a greater degree of impact on the business results and would require proactive leadership and strong collaboration with cross-functional team (marketing, sales, business development, supply chain, project management, R&D, consumer analytics, etc.) and local/regional/global finance team.
The role has a direct line reporting to Senior Finance Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner cross functionally to develop robust short
- and long-term plans and solutions to drive value creation including and not limited to; growth acceleration, profitability improvement measures (revenue growth model, pricing, cost reduction and margin improvement)
- Evaluate financials of new product launches including pre-launch prioritization and post-launch assessment
- Lead financial analysis to define portfolio strategy with business and provide framework and analysis of resources prioritization recommendations
- P&L benchmarking and long-term financial planning
- Acquisition and divestiture business modeling and analysis
- Conduct financial analysis and assessment of end-to-end P&L actual performance vs plan
- Simplify, standardize, and improve process & reporting wherever possible
- Acting as liaison with external firms when appropriate and developing policies & procedures to meet finance group objectives
COMPETENCIES
- Deep business understanding and strategic thinking combined with ability to influence/drive decision-making using data/analysis
- The individual must be comfortable working with ambiguity and able to lead and shape along the journey in the dynamic Consumer business
- To be able to lead in a matrix environment (markets/region/globe, cross functional) and complex processes
- Able to communicate effectively across all levels and culture to gain trust and drive change
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or relevant discipline
- Professional certification (e.g. ACCA/CA/CPA/CMA) is preferred
- Over 7 years’ experience in finance, accounting related areas with a focus on business analytics and solid accounting / financial analysis experience
- Strong analytical and management accounting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Very comfortable with numbers and attentive to details
- Strong resilience, judgment, and resourcefulness
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data management skills
- Knowledge in SAP, BW, TM1 is preferred
