The Senior Marketing Manager Skin Health Franchise is a key leadership role within the Skin Health Franchise organization. This is a pivotal role leading the brand strategy and innovation for Dr. Ci:Labo. This position reports into the Senior Marketing Director, Global Premium/ Dermo and is based in Singapore.

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead development, planning and execution of both short and long-term business initiatives for Dr. Ci:Labo to deliver revenue and profit targets. Major job duties include leading the international expansion strategy, Masterbrand global equity & activation strategy, HCP communication development, and other strategic programs to build consistent brand equity across markets and touchpoints.

Specifically, the Senior Marketing Manager will lead projects for Dr. Ci:Labo, with a deep understanding of the market’s financial plan, market needs, consumer fundamentals and customer KPIs
- Partner with senior stakeholders and cross functional team to strategize and execute expansion plans for Dr. Ci:Labo, including portfolio and channel recommendation, content adaptation, brand building activations
- Lead the Masterbrand equity guidelines, activation and CRM program design
- Lead the Dr. Ci:Labo HCP strategy, content development and Consultant/HCP training program, partnering with internal experts, agencies and local markets to execute according to brand guidelines
- Gain local insight / market intimacy to design plans and deploy playbooks to meet operating plan goals
- Lead business and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and support strategic priorities for Dr. Ci:Labo
- Connect the brand eco-system to ensure synergies between China local market & Travel Retail
- Support adapt-market projects & activation plans

The Senior Marketing Manager Skin Health will share ownership of the Dr. Ci:Labo P&L, equity and market share goals, with a strong working knowledge of local business dynamics and shared ownership of activities that drive monthly business performance (NTS and Share). He/she will operate with agility, curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset to innovate, learn and champion best practices in partnership with cross functional partners and marketing counterparts in the Global teams, AP region, locally.

**Qualifications**
- A BA degree is required. Master in business or marketing specialization preferred.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience or a combination of sales and marketing experience is required. CPG marketing experience and Skin Health or Beauty category experience is required.
- Experience marketing in a digital world, (i.e., social media, e-commerce, analytics, CRM, on-line) is required.
- Ability to collaborate and lead within a cross functional team structure is required
- Strong business analytics, consumer insights development, understanding of core marketing levers are required
- Must possess demonstrated leadership and delivery of consistently strong results
- Excellent communication is required
- Ability to travel up to 20% is required or equivalent out of time zone commitments
