The E2E Supply Chain Network Strategy Lead will actively drive the delivery of a future-ready resilient supply chain for Essential and Skin Health Franchises. This role will lead cross-functional teams in making smart network choices, accelerating localization & regionalization, establishing hot business continuity plans, and de-risking the supply chain against compliance changes.

The E2E Supply Chain Network Strategy Lead will be a member of Essential & Skin Health Supply Chain Leadership team. This role will orchestrate and lead the shaping and definition of all initiatives related to E2E supply chain network for Essential & Skin Health products in Asia Pacific region covering raw and packaging materials, manufacturing, distribution, customization and quality & compliance. This position will operate under strong collaboration across all functions that constitutes the E2E Supply Chain, Franchise, Commercial & R&D to ensure a clear definition of project plan, smooth project execution and resource availability within the region.

**Core responsibilities include**:

- Leads E2E network strategy and long-range capacity planning from key materials, manufacturing and distribution with cross functional teams including investment and cost to serve model for Asia Pacific Essential & Skin Heath portfolio.
- Partners with R&D, Plan, Source, Make & Deliver teams to identify EtE strategic capability requirements that will enable the delivery of the EtE network strategy.
- Works with the project management teams across functions to ensure overall execution for any network change initiative impacting Asia Pacific Essential & Skin Health supply chain.
- Serves as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Asia Pacific region to work with Global Network and Asia Pacific cross-functional supply chain team on requirements for global network strategic capacity planning and Network design for future.
- Establishes business case and final justification for E2E Network projects. Gains alignment with Leadership Teams and Key Stakeholders on business expectations, project constraints and final project objectives.
- Provides stakeholders with clear expectations and constraints on the project and identify the appropriate project leader
- Ensures alignment with leadership team to secure required funding and resources to execute project.
- Commits to periodic reviews and supports project team in the resolution of major issues and control of scope changes
- Helps manage project risk / expectations with senior management and key stakeholders
- Audits actual vs. planned business results
- Travel - Up to 20-30% international travel

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- A minimum of 12 years of experience with the exposures in the following related areas: Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Quality.
- Strong project management skills and any combination of operations management, negotiation, financial or analytical skills are required. Experience in similar roles or Site management are welcome.
- An entrepreneurial self-starter with strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence across functional levels up to the Board is also required.
- Strong knowledge of cGMPs and understanding of site dynamics is required. Experience with FPX tools, training and/or certification is preferred
