We are a dynamic new home hospital service seeking an individual to co-create innovative solutions with us.

  • The successful candidate will ensure regulatory compliance and handle patients' personal and medical information, adhering to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
  • This role requires support for the Data Protection Officer in aligning operations, systems, and communications with PDPA obligations.
  • Key responsibilities include embedding privacy-by-design into care processes and working with clinical and administrative teams.
  • The candidate will implement data protection policies and SOPs relevant to staff use, disclosure, retention, and disposal procedures.
  • Incident investigation, root cause analysis, documentation, and reporting are also part of this role.
  • Proper data protection clauses must be included in vendor contracts handling patient data.
  • Due diligence checks and regular reviews for vendor compliance are essential tasks.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, and proven project management experience.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is required.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent teamwork abilities, are necessary.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in project management, operations, or a related field, ideally in healthcare or technology.
