Job Description:

Centre Principal Job

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled professional to take on the role of Centre Principal. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to manage the daily operation of the centre according to the school's policies and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have experience in managing teaching staff to develop and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of young children.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or its equivalent qualification;
  • A minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as a centre supervisor in a pre-school or childcare setting;
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a high-performing team;
  • An excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications relevant to the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
