**Job Opportunity:** Academic Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced academic manager to lead our educational programs.

  • The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Education or a related field from an accredited university.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Closely collaborate with directors and department managers to ensure seamless program delivery.
  2. Monitor and review development, planning, and delivery of academic programs to align with established policies.
  3. Take charge of academic and examination performance, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  4. Oversight of various academic activities, including module/program delivery, class scheduling, and examinations.
  5. Implement assessment strategies to foster holistic education experiences for students.
  6. Maintain a robust Quality Assurance and Enhancement system to elevate academic standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in academic affairs or educational management.
  • At least 5 years of teaching experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good working knowledge of the Enhanced Registration Framework and Edutrust Certification.
