Centre Manager / Assistant Centre Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our student care centre.

  • Leadership and Mentorship: Manage a team of teachers, providing training and guidance to ensure they conduct programs in line with our framework.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with parents through regular communication on children's progress and well-being.
  • Program Planning: Plan and coordinate daily programs, holiday camps, and special events that align with our philosophy.
  • Safety and Discipline: Maintain a safe, disciplined, and positive learning environment for all students.
  • Business Development: Contribute to enrollment growth initiatives as directed by senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Passionate leaders who enjoy working with children and supporting teacher growth.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and people management skills.
  • Inspiration: Ability to inspire students to be their best version academically and holistically.
  • Qualifications: Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in student care, childcare, or education management is an advantage.
