Job Title

A strategic Medical Education Manager is needed to lead the development and implementation of medical education programs across APAC. This role will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying educational needs, and implementing solutions to meet organizational goals.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage customer-facing strategy, content, and education programs.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluation of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Define key learning objectives for training curriculum.
  • Collaborate with key opinion leaders to design and facilitate educational materials.

This role requires a bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the development of high-quality medical education programs.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and lead Stryker Medical Education Program
  • Engage physicians and healthcare professionals thought leaders to develop world-class medical education programs across APAC
  • Contribute to the development of HCP blended learning journeys for new and commercialized product technologies in collaboration with cross-functional partners, field education, and digital education.
  • Identify and implement strategies to address educational needs of customers aligned to Stryker strategic priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to set direction and priorities, as well as consistently add value for divisional resources and customers
  • Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
