Lead Physician Engagement Strategist

We seek a seasoned medical affairs professional to drive collaboration and disseminate evidence-based clinical practices that impact patient lives and advance quality of care.

  • Spearhead physician engagement strategies to elevate structural heart interventions across diverse regional landscapes.
  • Promote physician partnerships and drive innovative strategic programs for clinical adoption and long-term growth.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee JAPAC-wide physician engagement initiatives to strengthen medical credibility and trust among cardiologists, surgeons, and other key stakeholders.
  • Foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, professional societies, and academic centers to advance strategic goals and foster advocacy.
  • Ensure feedback informs innovation, training, and strategy through trusted liaison between the organization and physician community.

Program Development and Leadership:

  • Design and implement regional strategic medical programs to advance structural heart interventions.
  • Develop programs for early and expanded access, including centers of excellence and multidisciplinary education initiatives.

Education and Training Excellence:

  • Create a regional image screening hub for JAPAC, including strategic design, operational setup, cross-functional coordination, and regulatory alignment.
  • Drive world-class educational programs for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement, Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies, and surgical heart valve solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Market Enablement:

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Public Affairs teams to ensure alignment with business strategy and market access goals.
  • Provide regional expertise to support new product launches, indication expansion, and post-market engagement efforts.

Governance & Compliance:

  • Ensure all physician engagement and programs are conducted in compliance with corporate policies, regional regulations, and ethical standards.
