Role Overview

As a Home-Based Infant Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and nurturing environment to infants in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and responsive care to each infant, ensuring their physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development needs are met.
  • Create a safe and stimulating home environment that promotes exploration, learning, and growth.
  • Establish open communication with parents regarding daily activities, feeding routines, and any concerns.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including hygiene practices and safe sleep guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Must be medically fit to care for one to three infants aged two months to eighteen months.
  • Preferably have prior experience in childcare or related fields.
  • A child-safe environment is essential, incorporating measures such as window grilles or limiters.
  • Minimum secondary school qualifications or equivalent.
  • Infant care certification is highly desirable.

Work Details:

Infant age: Two to six months

Schedule: Daytime, Monday to Friday

Timing: 7am to 5pm

Preferred locations near/at: Senja Road, Upper Bukit Timah, Hillview
