Job Role Overview

We are seeking an Infant Care Specialist to provide high-quality care for infants in a home-based setting. The ideal candidate will be a nurturing and attentive individual who is passionate about working with young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and nurturing care in a home environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development of each infant.
  • Create a safe and stimulating environment that encourages sensory exploration, language development, and motor skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper hygiene practices and safe sleep guidelines.
  • Engage infants in age-appropriate activities to foster their overall growth and well-being.
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's daily activities, feeding, and sleeping routines.
  • Respond promptly to the needs of each infant, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as required.
Essential Criteria:
  • Medically fit to care for 1 to 3 infants/children aged 2 months to 18 months.
  • Preferably with experience in caring for children.
  • A child-safe environment.
  • Minimum secondary school qualifications.
  • Infant care certification is highly preferred.
