Home-Based Infant Childcare Specialist

Job description: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home-Based Infant Childcare Specialist to provide high-quality care for infants in our program. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of each infant under your supervision.
Responsibilities:- Infant Caregiver: Provide attentive and nurturing care in a home-based setting, prioritizing the physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development of each infant.
- Environment Setter: Create a safe and stimulating environment that promotes exploration, language development, and motor skills through age-appropriate activities.
- Health and Safety Champion: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper hygiene practices and safe sleep guidelines.
- Communication Liaison: Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's daily activities, feeding, and sleeping routines.
- Medically fit to care for 1-3 infants/children aged 2 months to 18 months
- Preferably with experience in caring for children
- Has a child-safe environment (e.g., window grilles or window limiters)
- Minimum 'O' level or secondary school qualifications
- Highly preferred: infant care certification
- Day Shift (Monday to Friday)
- Timing: 8:30am - 6:30pm
- Work Location: Whampoa/Balestier
