Job Title: Home-Based Childcare Assistant

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with infants aged 2-18 months in a home-based setting. As a childcare assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to certified professionals in their daily routines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily infant care routines, including feeding, diapering, naps, and guided sensory or play-based activities.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment that meets industry standards.
  • Work collaboratively under the supervision of a certified childcare professional, ensuring consistent and high-quality care.
  • Assist in implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage infant development.
Requirements
  • SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE ECDA AUTHORITY BACKGROUND CHECK (MANDATORY)
  • Demonstrated care, responsibility, and willingness to learn in a professional setting.
  • Ability to work in assigned homes (not one's own residence).
  • Willingness to complete orientation and basic training.
  • A reliable, respectful, and team-oriented attitude.
