Expert Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team in a challenging role that combines contract management, global mobility, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in HR, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to take on a key responsibility in contract management and global mobility. The successful applicant will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage key contracts, support transformation projects, and ensure compliance across global operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management & Governance
- Manage the full contract lifecycle: Intercompany Agreements (IGTAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and vendor contracts.
- Negotiate and execute contracts with global mobility stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with corporate policies via liaison with Legal, Procurement, and HR departments.
- Track obligations, milestones, renewals, risks, and maintain contract registers.
- Draft templates, issue notices, and monitor compliance.
- Transformation Projects Implementation Support
- Support the implementation of HR and IT onboarding for group companies on the APro platform.
- Administer IGTA agreements ensuring data privacy compliance.
- Manage SharePoint documentation, manuals, training guides, and system rollout communications.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with vendors to ensure performance, service levels, and contractual deliverables.
