Senior Contract Specialist

The Senior Contract Specialist is a key member of our team responsible for overseeing all contractual and commercial matters for assigned projects. This includes leading and guiding a team of quantity surveyors in tender preparation, procurement, and contract administration.

  • Review contracts to ensure compliance with terms and handle claims/variations.
  • Provide expert advice on cost and contractual risks to management.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Requirements

To be successful as a Senior Contract Specialist, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in quantity surveying, building, or construction management.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Deep knowledge of construction contracts and procurement practices.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
