Key Responsibilities

  • Manage year-end accruals and customer payments.
  • Ensure customer payments are done on time and in line with company compliance guidelines.
  • Ensure due diligence and checks are done for all supporting documents required prior to payment processing.
  • Set up processes to ensure clear performance verification across all customer payments.
  • Financial tracking and budget reporting via SAP system.
  • Monthly reporting of cost progress and basic analysis for assigned portfolio of business.
  • Resolve basic cost reporting/accounting issues.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support for members in the team. Coordinate team meetings and processes.
  • Coordinate corporate event planning, including logistics needs for teleconferences, local meetings, and events.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma Qualification in Finance or Business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to handle business conversations and collaboration with Business Partners and customers.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel is a requirement. Knowledge and experience in Power BI and Microsoft Word will be helpful.
  • Basic knowledge of cost accounting/SAP is preferred.
  • Maintains high data accuracy.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Analytical skills – ability to analyze data and establish a strategy to address gaps and support action plans, audits, and controls changes.
  • Capacity and Agility – proven ability to lead several priorities effectively, comfortable with ambiguity, and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Pro-active attitude and anticipatory. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment both internally and externally with all levels of people.
