Private Equity Fund Accounting Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our Private Equity team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a full range of fund accounting services to private equity clients, including NAV preparation, booking accruals, security pricing, performing cash and security position reconciliations.

You will also prepare pricing of portfolios ensuring all holdings are priced observing the applicable fund documents and valuation policies. Additionally, you will prepare capital call, distribution calculation and allocation, as well as prepare fee schedules including calculation of management fee and waterfall, ensuring all calculations observe applicable fund documents.

Another key responsibility will be preparing Investor allocations for each NAV cycle ensuring capital transactions are booked correctly and P&L is allocated correctly. You will also prepare NAV packages and other ad hoc deliverables as defined in the service level agreements.

This role requires strong computer skills with strength in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel. Experience with accounting software such as Investran and Geneva would be an advantage.

Job Requirements
  • A relevant degree in finance or accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience within progressive accounting/audit/fund administration experience in private equity and real estates.
  • Strong knowledge in IFRS, US GAAP and Singapore GAAP.
