Job Role

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a concierge counter, providing excellent customer service and supporting administrative tasks such as marketing activities, gift voucher sales and inventory management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery by effectively managing the concierge counter's daily operations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Support general administrative duties, including marketing activities, gift voucher sales and reimbursement.
  • Provide logistical support for promotional campaigns, managing inventory and equipment.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Tourism and Hospitality.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in hotels or airlines.
  • First aid and AED training is advantageous.
  • Strong multitasking skills and effective communication.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and ability to work independently.
