Service Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Expert to oversee the delivery of desktop IT concierge services. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with client expectations and SLAs, while proactively addressing any deviations from agreed standards.

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of desktop IT concierge services.
