Concierge Service Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Concierge Department as the Service Excellence Manager . This role involves overseeing the overall operations of the department, ensuring exceptional guest service, and a seamless flow of information, logistics, and assistance for all guest-related needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational excellence, and a deep knowledge of Singapore's attractions, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable stay. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring consistent maintenance and exceedance of hotel brand standards of service excellence.
- Anticipating and fulfilling guest needs and preferences, tailoring services to enhance their stay.
- Extending a warm, genuine, and engaging welcome to all guests.
- Handling guest requests, room-related issues, and special requirements promptly and professionally, escalating to the Duty Manager when needed.
- Documenting special guest preferences and capturing this information in guest history profiles for future reference.
- Implementing new ideas and innovations to enhance guest experience.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Concierge or Guest Services, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Les Clefs d'Or membership is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's tourism, shopping, dining, and event landscape.
- Experience managing porters and transportation services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Comfortable using property management systems and guest profile tools.
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
