Job Summary:

The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Front Office operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all Front Office staff and ensure they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Monitor room inventory closely to maximise revenue and ensure that arrival rooms are assigned accordingly.

  • Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a Supervisory role as an Assistant Duty Manager/Duty Manager.
  • Service-oriented and take pride in delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Flexible to perform rotating shifts, including overnight shifts and on Weekends/Public Holidays.
