Job Title: Senior Business Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Process Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who can take charge of key business process responsibilities, ensuring their delivery to the highest standards. You will be working closely with senior managers to develop and implement efficient processes that meet client requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) environments. They will be well-versed in accounting software, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to team members in relation to business process delivery.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage the creation of custom reporting packages based on client requirements.
  • Support clients during audits by providing detailed information about services provided.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Accounting degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • At least 3.5 years of relevant experience from a professional services firm in a BPO environment.
  • Proficient in accounting software, Excel, and other related tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
