Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our operations department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, scheduling, and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively communicate with clients, staff, and vendors through various channels.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide professional support to clients.
  • Promptly respond to client inquiries and complaints.
  • Arrange schedules and monitor service standards.
  • Assist in ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and scheduling.
  • Minimum 'O' level qualification.
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Pleasant and friendly personality.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
