BIM Modeller Job Description

This is a role for an experienced BIM Modeller to produce high-quality drawings and models using BIM software.

  • Key responsibilities include producing shop drawings and as-built drawings, updating and coordinating the BIM model throughout the project, and performing interference/clash checking.

The ideal candidate will have a degree certificate in a relevant discipline and at least 3 years of experience as a BIM drafter in Singapore construction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree certificate in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM drafter in Singapore construction.
  • Proficiency in BIM, Revit, Auto Cad, and MS Office.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and models.
