Job Overview

This role is designed for a seasoned EHS professional seeking to advance their career and contribute to a leading organization.

The successful candidate will oversee all Environment, Health & Safety matters in Southeast Asia and Australia, serving as the primary point of contact and advisor to internal stakeholders on EHS-related issues.

The Regional EHS Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the EHS roadmap and action plans to achieve performance goals and metrics.

EHS Responsibilities

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local EHS laws, company policies, building safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Establish EHS performance indicators and drive the adoption of best practices for safe work procedures.
  • Deliver internal EHS training, conduct risk assessments, and perform safety audits.
  • Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective or preventive actions to reduce recurrence.
  • Identify opportunities to improve EHS performance and implement enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in EHS roles.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations across Southeast Asia and Australia.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related discipline.
  • Professional EHS certifications are preferred.
