About Decarbonization Leadership

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our global consulting firm as an Equity Partner or Consulting Director to become our Decarbonization Technology Lead. This role involves developing and implementing strategies for reducing carbon emissions and promoting sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing decarbonization plans and strategies
  • Leading a team of professionals in the development of decarbonization technologies and solutions
  • Partnering with clients to understand their sustainability goals and needs
  • Providing expert advice on decarbonization technologies and best practices
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in decarbonization, net zero planning and target setting frameworks
  • Transition planning and detailed understanding of transition risks, financial analysis and business case development related to decarbonization technologies and abatement measures
  • Understanding of energy and carbon markets as they relate to decarbonization activities and net zero plans
