Job Title:
Sustainability Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Leader to lead our regional philanthropic and partnerships programmes in Asia Pacific. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving programmes aligned with our focused areas, engaging volunteers, and managing the team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead regional philanthropic and partnerships programmes in Asia Pacific, aligning with our focused areas.
  • Drive programmes in Singapore, ensuring volunteer engagement.
  • Assist the Regional Head in leading and managing the Asia Pacific team.
  • Maintain risk and governance structures, escalating as necessary.
  • Manage day-to-day operational functions, including ad-hoc projects.
  • Oversee people agenda and HR management.
Requirements:
  • More than 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with expertise in origination, development, and management of Asia Pacific regional philanthropic and partnership programmes.
  • Good understanding of the Asia Pacific ESG and community landscape.
  • Equal years of experience in financial, budget, risk, and operational management.
  • A driven, motivated, and charismatic individual, able to work with all stakeholders, including C-suites.
  • Creative and able to think outside the box, providing innovative solutions to drive the agenda to greater heights.
