Marketing & Admissions Executive Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our school's admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to recruit prospective students.

The successful candidate will possess excellent marketing communication skills, professionalism, and experience in a similar capacity. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing sales and marketing campaigns to drive student enrolments
  • Serving as a liaison point between prospective students and parents

The role involves managing and overseeing the production of all marketing materials, leading public relations efforts, and analyzing marketing data to formulate plans and recommendations. Additionally, the candidate will develop quality content for both internal and external communication and marketing assets, build and manage a network of influencers, and participate in educational events and recruitment activities.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Education, Business, or related fields, prior experience in admissions, student recruitment, or customer-facing roles within the education sector, familiarity with ICA Student Pass procedures, proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications, strong organisational skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing & Project Management:
    • Represent the school's brand and value proposition to stakeholders
    • Manage and oversee production of all marketing materials
  • Admissions & Enrolment:
    • Guide prospective families through the admissions process
    • Oversee and carry out assessments of prospective students
  • Student Pass & Compliance:
    • Demonstrate knowledge of ICA Student Pass procedures
  • CRM & Pipeline Management:
    • Use CRM tools to manage inquiries, track interactions, and follow up systematically
  • Administrative & Organisational Support:
    • Provide administrative and organisational support to the Admissions Department
  • Relationship Management:
    • Nurture personal relationships with prospective families
