Key Responsibilities
  • Coffee Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos, to our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the coffee section, including equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and handling customer complaints.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service.
  • Menu Development: Assist in the development and implementation of new menu items and promotions.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their job duties.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a related role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of coffee preparation and service.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
