  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and control waste and spoilage.
  • Prepare reports on sales and inventory, and assist in budgeting and financial planning.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and equipment.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts, conducting regular staff meetings and training sessions, and maintaining accurate records of sales and expenses.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a bakery or similar environment, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy items.
