About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Pharma Market Development Manager to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving market development activities for our Small Molecule Pharmaceutical business in the Southeast Asia region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market development strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Southeast Asia region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product champion initiatives for our Separations and Informatics product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
- Work closely with the marketing and applications development team to commercialize new products and solutions.
- Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities and maintain a high degree of involvement to ensure conversion into business.
- Collaborate with other Market Development Managers and professionals to ensure transfer of best practices and overall business development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Science, or related fields of study. Advanced degree preferred.
- Practical and/or theoretical experience in UPLC separation, SFC separation, sample preparation, networked Chromatography Data Systems, and data processing and interpretation.
- Eight or more years of professional experience in Separations and Informatics technologies.
- Commercial experience in South East Asia would be preferred.
