Job Title:

Property Manager

Job Description:

As a Property Manager, you will oversee the upkeep and optimization of facilities under your care. This includes maintenance, regulatory compliance, and safety.

  • Oversee facility maintenance and repair activities, upholding high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to maintain optimal service levels.
  • Manage and renew service contracts, licenses, and permits, ensuring they remain current and compliant.
  • Propose improvements, repairs, and upgrades to enhance building functionality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractor performance, ensuring timely, high-quality service.
  • Implement energy-saving and water conservation initiatives to align with our sustainability goals.
  • Lead risk management, emergency planning, and workplace safety initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly reports, attend meetings, and provide updates on facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all occupants.
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to reduce energy consumption and waste.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  5. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree or diploma in a related field such as mechanical/electrical engineering, building services, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in property management/facilities maintenance/equipment management.
  • Green Mark and FSM certified candidates are highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Knowledge of complex technical issues related to building maintenance and eager to propose innovative solutions.
