Job Title: Facilities Engineer

Achieve outstanding results in the maintenance and upkeep of facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. This role involves leading a team of technicians, managing maintenance programs, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient execution of maintenance programs and rectification jobs.
  • Responsible for ensuring daily AC thermal comfort within acceptable limits.
  • Plan and supervise all preventive and corrective maintenance work activities, prioritize tasks, and reallocate resources as needed.
  • Participate in equipment and system abnormalities root cause analysis, attend review meetings, and implement corrective actions for continual improvement.
  • Implement efficiency improvements on operational processes, innovate systems for energy conservation, and minimize downtime during operations.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ACMV works or a related field.
  • Thorough understanding of building regulations and health and safety protocols.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-engineering team members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
