Facilities Performance Optimization Specialist

Our organization seeks a seasoned facilities manager engineer to optimize ACMV system performance.
Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in mechanical engineering or relevant experience in ACMV or M&E with construction background.
- Fulfill high levels of facility reliability, availability, and operational efficiency for the ACMV system.
- Resolve complex operation issues for the ACMV system and other operating spaces such as laboratories and clean rooms.
- Maintain plant efficiency within optimal performance parameters.
- Collaborate with technical teams on sustainability projects and technology deployment.
- Coordinate with clients and agencies on specific projects and assessments.
- Oversee and monitor the performance of specialists and sub-contractors.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to plan and organize work effectively.
- Self-motivated individual with strong responsibility.
- Able to thrive in high-pressure environments with diverse stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience in ACMV or M&E with construction background.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
