We are seeking a diligent Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, conferences, workshops, and social gatherings.\
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure event needs are met.\
  • Manage event logistics, including venue booking, transportation arrangements, and preparation of event materials.\
  • Handle attendee registrations, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for event participants.\
  • Provide on-site support during events by setting up the venue, handling registration desks, and assisting with guest needs.\
  • Help create promotional materials, including event invitations, flyers, and social media posts, to attract attendees and boost event engagement.\
  • Assist with budget tracking and cost control to ensure events are executed within financial constraints.\
  • Contribute to post-event evaluation by collecting feedback from attendees and analyzing event success to inform improvements for future events.\
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to ensure events align with company goals and branding.\
  • Offer general administrative support to the events team, including maintaining event documentation, handling communication, and preparing post-event reports.\
