Job Overview

As a Car Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various tasks including receiving and verifying stock, performing bin location maintenance, and participating in facility activities.

  • Manage the receipt, verification, and organization of Stock and Rush/VOR shipments and daily IBT/ILT/JIT deliveries.
  • Receive goods from suppliers.
  • Coordinate the reception of goods and products for intra-company purposes.
  • Oversee pick, pack, and distribution processes for IBT/ILT/JIT, Trader sales, Intra-company parts movement, Events & Activities, and 24hr Roadside assistance.
  • Perform Bin Location Maintenance tasks such as:
    • Setting up or improving rack/shelf arrangements
    • Maintaining locations by demand/movement
    • No location maintenance required
  • Participate in housekeeping tasks like maintaining ESH / WSH regulations, material ordering, and Kaizen activities.
  • Assist with bi-annual stock checks and cycle counts.
  • Handle parts claim submissions.
  • Manage physical stock tasks such as:
    • Shelf life monitoring
    • Supersession arrangements
    • Annual slow-moving part write-offs
