E-commerce and Online Outreach Executive

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing plans, creating visuals for our online shop, and managing the delivery scheduling of ordered goods.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead our e-commerce and online outreach efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, as well as experience in visual merchandising and inventory management.

  • Plan and execute marketing plans to drive online sales and engagement;
  • Create high-quality visuals for our online shop to showcase products and promote brand awareness;
  • Manage the delivery scheduling of ordered goods to ensure timely and efficient delivery;
  • Monitor and manage online advertisement spending to optimize return on investment;
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve e-commerce and online outreach goals;

  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints;
  • Visual Merchandising: Experience in creating visually appealing displays and promoting products through creative storytelling;
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers;
  • Inventory Management: Ability to manage inventory levels and track product movement;
  • Retail Sales: Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets;
  • Administration: Strong administrative skills to support the day-to-day operations of the team;
  • Selling: Ability to sell products and services to customers and drive revenue growth;
  • Marketing: Knowledge of marketing principles and practices to develop effective marketing campaigns;
  • Customer Satisfaction: Focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships;
