**Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on various online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing, along with basic graphic design skills, to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales through online marketplace.
**Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the seafood and sushi business in B2C.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of our presence on various online marketplaces. Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketplace strategies.
- Stay updated with marketplace trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our e-commerce presence and drive sales through our own website and other ecommerce platforms.
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and implement improvements to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive traffic to our online platforms.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, analyze results, and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with social media trends, emerging platforms, and new features to leverage for marketing purposes.
- Undertake such duties as may reasonably be required by the Managing Director/Board
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in managing online marketplaces, e-commerce, and social media marketing and sttrong understanding of online marketplace platforms.
- Proficiency in utilizing e-commerce platforms and website management systems.
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for marketing purposes.
- Basic graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret key metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
