Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and other related equipment. This includes monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues proactively, and implementing effective security measures to protect our IT infrastructure from threats.

In addition to IT infrastructure maintenance, the successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating and managing facility maintenance activities, including building repairs, electrical systems, and plumbing. They will ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, oversee vendor contracts and service agreements, and conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities.

This is a critical leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge of servers, networks, storage systems, and virtualization technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience with IT infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting tools and be familiar with facility management practices and regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, as well as coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful project execution. They will also maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure and facility assets and prepare regular reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and project status.

Required Skills and Qualifications
