As an office assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management, handling confidential and sensitive information, and performing a variety of tasks related to office operations.Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform various tasks related to office operations, such as managing supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
