At Sephora Asia Pte Ltd, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Franchise Development, to drive the growth and success of our franchise operations in Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, with experience in driving sales growth, developing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and increase market share in Asia
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure successful store openings and operations
- Monitor and analyze business trends to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in franchise development or a related field
- Strong business acumen, with experience in driving sales growth and developing strategic plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
