Global Talent Acquisition Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Talent Acquisition practice. As Associate Director, you will be responsible for setting the strategy and driving the development of new business in the market. Your technical expertise across disciplines will be essential in providing guidance to clients and identifying potential opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively develop and implement strategies to grow our client base and expand our presence in the market.
- Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality projects that exceed client expectations.
- Maintain strong networks within the firm to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a good degree qualification in accounting or business from recognized universities, or professional accounting qualifications. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in global accounting firms, with detailed knowledge of financial due diligence and M&A processes.
- Proven expertise and success in leadership roles providing financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large companies and private equity fund clients.
- Prior experience working in South East Asia is highly regarded, but not essential.
You will be an excellent communicator with strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and construct solutions. Enthusiasm to work as part of a geographically distributed team to meet challenging client deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential.
