Job Title: Payroll Operations Specialist

Role Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of end-to-end payroll operations. This includes SAP Payroll Configuration and Maintenance, Payroll Processing and Support, Statutory Compliance, Testing and Quality Assurance, Stakeholder Engagement and Advisory, and Documentation and Training.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll with at least 1 full-cycle implementation.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage type configuration, off-cycle payroll, and retro calculations.
  • Knowledge of SAP Time Management and integration with Payroll is a plus.
  • Experience with Payroll posting to Finance (FI/CO) and familiarity with Payroll Control Center (PCC) are advantages.

Functional Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of payroll statutory requirements and reporting.
  • Familiarity with HR processes (hire-to-retire) and their impact on payroll is necessary.
  • Experience with payroll data migration and cutover activities is also beneficial.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in payroll calculations.
