Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the venue's condition pre and post event.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections during pre and post-con events
  • Oversee venue conditions, identifying and addressing any defects or issues
  • Liaise with the Managing Agent to resolve any issues or concerns raised by them
  • Maintain accurate records of site inspections and defect reports
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the event site

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in facilities management
  • Work experience in facilitating building maintenance and inspection
  • Relevant certification such as Certified Facilities Manager or Certified Facilities Management Expert
  • Ability to multi-task, work with all levels of people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent, observant, responsible, and able to perform operational tasks assigned
