Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Venue Maintenance Specialist to maintain our unique studio, event gallery, and courtyard spaces. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our facilities, including cleaning, light repairs, and organisation.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment across the studio, event gallery, and courtyard.
  • Assist with event setup and takedown, including furniture, floral installations, and decorations.
  • Support the maintenance of greenery to ensure the space is always fresh and vibrant.
  • Monitor and report any issues with tools, fixtures, and supplies.

Requirements:
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Physical fitness and comfort with manual tasks, including lifting and moving items.
  • Attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean, organised, and guest-ready.

Work Environment:

You will be working in a dynamic and creative setting — a florist studio combined with an event space and a cocktail bar — with a mix of indoor and outdoor tasks. Every day is different, and your contribution helps set the tone for memorable experiences.
