**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented procurement professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing shared service procurement support for various teams within an organization.

The successful candidate will work closely with business functions such as Accounting, IT, Risk Management, and Tax to support business operations. They will be responsible for tracking, reviewing, and processing purchase requisitions and invoices. Additionally, they will collect and maintain data to provide weekly reports using data visualization tools.

The role requires the ability to analyze and reconcile mismatched invoice information, validate invoices against contract documents or purchase orders, and respond to queries from stakeholders and suppliers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and engage with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Data analytics using data visualization tools PowerBI Desktop
  • Experience in SAP R3 MM Module and Agile methodologies
