Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled procurement professional to join our team as an SAP Resource. In this role, you will provide shared service procurement support for various teams within the organization.

As an SAP Resource, you will work closely with business functions such as Accounting, IT, Risk Management, and Tax to support business operations. Your responsibilities will include tracking, reviewing, and processing purchase requisitions and invoices.

You will also be responsible for collecting and maintaining data to provide weekly reports using data visualization tools. Additionally, you will review purchase requisition information for consistency and compliance, analyze and reconcile mismatch invoice information, and validate invoices against contract documents or purchase orders.

Furthermore, you will respond to queries from stakeholders and suppliers, manage and close out these queries in a timely manner.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent worker with ability to engage with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Data analytics using data visualization tools PowerBI Desktop
  • Experience in SAP R3 MM Module and Agile methodologies
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess effective written and verbal communication skills, be an independent worker with ability to engage with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, and have proficiency in MS Office.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience in data analytics using data visualization tools PowerBI Desktop and expertise in SAP R3 MM Module and Agile methodologies.
