**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled SAP procurement specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing shared service procurement support to various teams within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with business functions such as accounting, IT, risk management, tax and others to support business operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Tracking, reviewing and processing purchase requisitions and invoices
  • Collecting and maintaining data to provide weekly reports using data visualization tools
  • Reviewing purchase requisition information for consistency and compliance
  • Analyzing and reconciling mismatched invoice information
  • Validating invoices against contract documents or purchase orders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analytics using data visualization tools (Power BI Desktop)
  • Experience in SAP R3 MM Module and Agile methodologies
