
Lead Contracts Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Professional to oversee the full spectrum of contracts administration and quantity surveying duties. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing contracts from pre- to post-contract, including progress payments, variations, claims, final accounts, and contractual correspondences.
- Evaluating and recommending subcontractor and supplier tenders.
- Administering and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with company procedures, contract terms, and statutory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of standard contract conditions, construction law, and procurement processes.
- Proven track record in handling large-scale residential or public housing projects.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in contract administration software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
