We are seeking a Sales Advancement Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth through the development of new business opportunities and the expansion of existing relationships. As a senior-level professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and leadership, with a proven track record of achieving target quotas and growing teams. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as experience working with CRM systems and MS Office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Developing and executing strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Building relationships with prospective clients to establish trust and credibility.
  • Qualifying and generating leads from various campaigns to create viable sales opportunities.

This position requires a senior-level professional with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in sales leadership.
